October 14, 21 and 28:  Navigating Life's Changes

Offered in conjunction with Presbyterian SeniorCare at both their Longwood and Washington campuses, this series examines life changes that accompany aging.  Attend any or all of the sessions, free of charge.

October 29:  "The Talk"

The United Senior Citizens of Upper St. Clair is hosting the next installment of our ongoing discussions throughout the community regarding the advance directive and how to engage your loved in a conversation about your wishes at end of life. The event is from Noon to 2 p.m. at McLaughlin Run Road Recreation Center, 1770 McLaughlin Rnd Road, Upper St. Clair. Fee for non-members is $3 which includes lunch.
